Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping on orders over $200

  • Flat Rate Shipping of $15 for orders under $200

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Tracking Your Order

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Orders can be tracked directly through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team at (supportugp@gmail.com) within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement when eligible under our Replacement Guarantee.

Please note that delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather events, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout are outside of our control.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are packaged securely and shipped in plain, discreet packaging to protect your privacy. No product descriptions or sensitive information are displayed on the exterior of the package.
